Shipping (All shipping is via Australian Post)

  1. This Shipping Policy (Shipping Policy) applies to all purchases from 24FIFTY OUTSIDE (24FIFTY or us) and is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions (Terms). Any capitalised terms not defined in this Shipping Policy are defined in the Terms.
  2. You agree to comply with all Terms when accessing or using our Services, including this Shipping Policy.
  3. Delivery Address

3.1 All orders will be shipped pursuant to the delivery details provided by you at check out. Please ensure your delivery address and details are accurate.

3.2 If you have provided incorrect delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will use best efforts to update the delivery address. However, please note that we will not be liable for non-delivery or delayed parcels due to incorrect details and you may be charged a re-delivery fee if the order needs to be re-delivered.

3.4 Delivery charges are calculated at check-out and you are deemed to have accepted such charges by proceeding with your Order.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

4.1 All shipping by 24FIFTY is conducted via Australia Post. Please note from Australia Post 2021, Express Post has been indefinitely suspended. Express Post remains Australia Post’s fastest postal delivery option, but next-business-day delivery is not currently guaranteed by Australia Post.

4.2 We will use all means possible to process your orders within 1-3 business days from the date that you place an order, however please contact us or check your order tracking email for estimated delivery time frames. Please note that during holiday periods, we may take additional time to prepare and process your order.

4.3 As a guide, please see the below details for shipping estimates.

4.4 Delivery timeframes are estimates and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any delay in arranging delivery or delayed delivery of an order. For example, late deliveries due to unforeseen weather events or internal Australia post related issues.

4.5 While we will use all means possible to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible, sometimes there may be delays that are outside of our control. You acknowledge and agree that delivery timeframes are estimates only and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any delay in arranging delivery or delayed delivery of an order.

4.6 Order delivery times are currently extended due to our delivery partners experiencing delays. As a result, your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow 10 business days before contacting us regarding your Order. We thank you for your patience.

  1. Acceptance of Delivery

5.1 Signature on delivery

(a) In some circumstances, a signature is required on delivery. You warrant and represent to us that any person at your nominated Delivery address that accepts Delivery of the Goods is authorised by you to accept such delivery. If you or a person at your nominated Delivery address refuses to sign a relevant delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept Delivery.

(b) If you are unable to take Delivery of the Goods as arranged, if no one is available at the nominated delivery address or if the nominated Delivery address cannot reasonably be accessed, the Delivery provider may leave a collection card with instructions for you to collect the Goods.

(c) In these circumstances, we will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage. You agree that you will still accept re-delivery of the Goods even if they are delivered on a different date or time.

(d) If the Goods are undeliverable for any reason, it will be returned to the depot and a card will be left for you to contact the courier and arrange a second delivery time or pick up. If the Goods are not collected by you or a second delivery attempt is not successful, then the Goods will be returned to 24FIFTY and we may charge another shipping fee to redeliver the Goods.

5.2 Contactless delivery or authority to leave

(a) For Australian deliveries, Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.

(b) If we or the Delivery provider, in their absolute discretion, deems the area unsafe, 24FIFTY may refuse delivery and charge you reasonable fees for storage and re-delivery or cancel your Order and retain any delivery fees paid.

(c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:

(i) where it is left at the delivery address;
(ii) where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified; or
(iii) where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a post office or depot;
except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.

(d) Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, you acknowledge and agree that 24FIFTY will not be liable or responsible if the Goods are lost, stolen or if they are damaged due to weather or other external force, including where a Good is sensitive to temperature or sunlight, or contains perishable items, once a Good is Delivered or marked as ‘delivered’.

  1. Delivery, risk and title

6.1 Delivery of the Goods is taken to occur at the time that the Goods are left at, or delivered to, your nominated address, by  or Australia Post, even if you are not present at the address.

6.2 Risk and title of the Goods passes to you upon Delivery.

  1. Lost or missing orders

7.1 If you have not received your order within 14 days after placing your Order, please contact us at sales24fiftyoutside@gmail.com

7.2 For lost or missing packages, we may provide you with information of the Delivery provider and a tracking number associated with your Goods so that you may contact them directly to track your package.

7.3 We do not accept any responsibility for lost or missing packages.

  1. Domestic Shipping within Australia

8.1 Express Post

(a) All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post’s Express Post, per the Domestic Shipping Rates as set out in clause 3.2 below.

(b) When your order is dispatched, you will be notified, and a tracking number will be provided to you to track your delivery. The tracking number and notifications are sent to the email address that you provide upon checkout.

(c) Our domestic express shipping is left in a safe place at your address. If you don’t want the items left unattended we recommend the use of AusPost parcel lockers. More information can be found here.

(d) Please note that knives cannot be shipped to South Australia, Victoria or the Australian Capital Territory.

8.2 Domestic Shipping Rates

(b) Express Post >0.5kg and up to 1kg $13.50

(c) Express Post >1kg and up to 3kg $15.50

(d) Express Post >3kg and up to 5kg $20.00
